After obtaining a Diploma in New Media Production at South Seas Film and TV School in 2002 I found myself working for Edenz Colleges as a New Media Designer. Because Edenz was expanding at that time running different programs like Film (New Zealand Film Academy), Teacher Training, Business & Computing, and English Courses they needed someone that can work on different projects within the company starting from their website.
During the years that I worked for Edenz I was responsible for creating and maintaining the website for all departments, intranet development, database application for New Zealand Film Academy students, creating a CD-ROM (video shooting and editing), designing a Brochure and providing IT support to staff when was needed.
At the end of 2005 I had an opportunity to work for Datum Connect, a Website Company which is #1 for customized websites in New Zealand.
My responsibilities at Datum were to create all customised designs for clients including encoding and providing graphic support/advice for clients and Project Managers.
After spending some time in London and travelling around Europe, I went back to Kosova and end it up working in Prishtina for a Non-governmental organisation European Centre for Minority Issues (ECMI) as a Web Designer/IT. |
